PoolCalc is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. PoolCalc and its operators accept no liability for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of these tools or reliance on their output. Use at your own risk.

3. Chemical Safety

Pool chemicals are hazardous. Always read and follow the manufacturer's label. Never mix chemicals. Wear protective equipment. Store safely away from children and pets. PoolCalc is not responsible for any misuse of chemical products.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design on PoolCalc are owned by PoolCalc unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction for commercial purposes.
• Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfering with site operation or security.
